Some key insights I’ve gathered over the years that have significantly shaped my journey.
In today’s blog, I want to share some key insights I’ve gathered over the years that have significantly shaped my journey—and can do the same for yours. Life is a series of moments, choices, and actions, and how we approach them can make all the difference.
1. Never Underestimate the Power of Small Actions
Many of us feel overwhelmed by the idea of chasing big dreams, especially when life feels busy. As a mother of four, I know the struggle of finding time. But here’s the truth: even 10 minutes a day adds up. Ten minutes becomes 70 minutes a week, nearly 2 hours a month, and so on. Progress isn’t about speed; it’s about consistency. Keep going, no matter how slow the pace.
2. Let Go of What No Longer Serves You
Holding onto things—whether they’re habits, relationships, or beliefs—that no longer serve you only weighs you down. Letting go creates space for new opportunities, growth, and joy. Trust that when you release what’s no longer needed, something better will take its place.
3. Say “Yes Please” to What You Love
When you see something you love or admire in someone else, acknowledge it wholeheartedly. Say “Yes please!” to the Universe. This isn’t just about gratitude; it’s about setting intentions. The Universe can’t deliver what you want if it doesn’t know what that is. Be clear, be specific, and be open to receiving.
4. Set Goals—Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
Goals give direction to your efforts. They don’t have to be monumental; they just need to be meaningful. Break them down into manageable steps and celebrate small wins along the way. Progress is progress, no matter how small.
5. Forgive Yourself and Others
We all make mistakes. Holding onto guilt or resentment only drains your energy. Forgive yourself for the past and forgive others for their shortcomings. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself—it frees you to move forward with a lighter heart.
6. Everything Has Purpose
Nothing you do is ever for nothing. Every experience, whether good or bad, is a lesson or a stepping stone toward where you need to be. Trust the process, even when it’s unclear. Life is a journey, and every step matters.
Remember, your journey is uniquely yours. Embrace the small steps, let go of what holds you back, and keep your eyes on the possibilities ahead. You’ve got this!
With love,
Marie
