There is an advantage in everything

Every time something doesn’t go the way you expected it to go, say ‘advantage.’

I was in the middle of the process of recording my new Reiki membership.

There are 21 lessons in total, all with several lessons within each lesson. It shows for itself that there is quite some organising to be done when it comes to the recording of those lessons.

One morning, I had planned to record how to give attunements in Reiki 1, attunements 1,2,3, and 4. Immediately as I started, I was thrown off as there was music playing somewhere else in the background. I continued anyway but it asked for huge concentration to continue. I could also feel my energy changing. Because of this, I forgot things I normally would never forget, and when I was nearly finished recording the first attunement, my son walked into the room, in full camera.

I could have easily been angry, annoyed, stressed, and started an argument with my son. Instead, I applied a word that creates absolute magic, every time: ADVANTAGE.

We live in a world of opposites. Everything has a plus and a minus. When you’re experiencing a minus, say ‘advantage.’ Let the word vibrate into space and allow the plus to be shown to you.

For me, the advantage was: I should have stopped recording after the first minute as the vibe was off. The fact that my son walked directly into the camera was a positive. The Universe had orchestrated divinely perfect for me to stop and start again, this time with the right vibe and feel. What an amazing advantage that was!
